Day Support Program:

• Addus community participation day supports programs provide individually developed curriculum leading to personal goal achievement in a group setting.  This can be anything from finding a job, to volunteering, to participating in recreational activities or simply gaining the confidence to travel the TTC. 

• Support is provided through: 

  • Person directed planning

  • Work/volunteer placements

  • Recreation and social activities

  • Life skills/educational workshops

  • Planned day activities
