Programs:

• Day Programs operating Monday to Thursday with weekend and evening drop-in activities​​

  • Flexible hours to support working caregivers​

  • Targets functional skills such as:

    • Basic Computer Training

    • Money Management and Purchasing Items

    • Hygienic Food Preparation and Kitchen Safety

    • Gardening Skills and Caring for Living Things

    • Cleaning and Laundry

    • Maintaining Literacy Knowledge

• Sunday Drop-In Program at all locations.

  • Objective: Connect teens and adults with disabilities to peers within their community​

  • Activities include but are not limited to:

    • Arts & Crafts

    • Painting, Sculpting, Building Science Experiments

    • Planting, Cooking/Baking

    • Movie Nights

    • Computer Games

    • Sports & Games, Board Games, Organized Sports, Exercise

    • Community Outings

    • Neighbourhood Walks, Bowling, Trips to parks and malls

    • Pyjama Day

    • Family BBQ
