Program Includes:

• Skill-building activities such as cooking, baking, shopping, budgeting, personal hygiene and practicing transportation routes

• Art sessions

• Volunteer placements

• Physical activity such as dancing, zumba, yoga, hiking, walking and recreational sports

• Community and recreational activities

Eligibility: 

• Participant must be 19 years of age or older.

• Participant must have independent mobility.

• Participant must be able to toilet with minimal assistance.

• Participant may not display aggressive behaviours towards others.

• Participant must not be a flight risk.

• Participant must be able to eat meals independently.

• Participant must be able to be successful in a 1:4 ratio.
