Imagine Day Program:

⏰Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

📍Location: YWCA Hamilton MacNab Street and Putman Family YWCA (currently available to residents only)

 

This is a therapeutic recreation service for adults and seniors with developmental disabilities. The program takes a person-centred approach that fosters individual empowerment while maintaining and building social and community connections.

• Must be referred by Developmental Services Ontario, so visit their website for eligibility and requirements

Community Participation Online Membership

​

⏰Hours: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:30-2:30PM

📍Location: Online via Zoom

💵Cost: $40 + tax per month

 

Monthly access to unlimited online programming aimed to decrease social isolation, enhance cognitive stimulation, and promote emotional and psychological health and well-being of participants.

• Participants must have a Developmental Services Community Participation Online Membership

• Participants must be 16 years and older with Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnoses.

• Participants require a device to access Internet Connection
